9Bit Studios is the hub. Member-owned IP — productivity apps, game titles, intelligence platforms — flows through the studio for publishing, marketing, and distribution. Founders keep what they built. Everyone gains what they couldn't build alone.
The model
Hub-and-spoke publishing
Each founder retains their own entity and full ownership of their personal IP. When a title publishes through 9Bit Studios, the IP owner licenses content to the hub in exchange for platform services — Apple Developer Organization account, Oksana intelligence, shared design system, and go-to-market infrastructure.

The publishing engine. Holds the Apple Developer Organization account, the Oksana platform license, brand channels, and the contracting entity for client work. All three founders are members.
Member entities
Pennylane Media (creative tech & Oksana), Always a Monster (game IP), Tim Culpepper (productivity apps). Each retains independent ownership of its IP.
75 / 25 publishing
Per title: 75% of net revenue to the IP owner, 25% retained as platform services fee. The platform fee distributes to all members by equity share.
